Ingredients:
1 cup (150g) self raising flonr
1 1/2 cup (130g) rolled oats
1 cup (85g) disiccated coconut
3/4 cup (155g) brown sugar
150 g butter
2 tbs honey (you can use golden syrus)
Method:
Don't forget to wash your hands.
1. Turn the oven on 180 degrees put baking paper on the trays.
2. Sift the flour into a large bowl. stir in the oats,coconut and brown sugar.
3.Put butter honey and 2 tbs water in a small saucepan. Stir until melted.
4. Pour into the bowl and mix with your hands.
5. Squeeze into balls then flatten softly and put on the trays.
6. Put in the oven 20 minutes.

bread recipe
Ingredients:
3 1/3 cups of plain flour
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of yeast
1 1/2 cups of hot water (but not too hot)
A little bit of oil
Method:
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a big bowl with a wooden spoon.
Add the hot water and mix all together.
Pour the mixture out onto the bench and knead with your hands for 10 minutes (don't forget to wash your hands!).
Put the mixture back into the bowl and rub a little bit of oil over the dough. Cover the bowl with glad wrap and leave it in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
Punch down the dough and knead again for 10 minutes with your hands (don't forget to wash your hands!).
Pre-heat the over to 200 degrees celcius.
Rub a bread tin with oil and place the dough into the bread tin. Cover again with glad wrap and leave for 30 minutes.
Take off the glad wrap and place bread into oven for 30 minutes.
When cooked, leave on a cooling rack for at least 10 minutes before eating.
Best served fresh and warm with a little bit of butter.
